On Sunday, August 3rd, 2014, the unveiling of the statue of Father Frederic in the Little Sanctuary at Our Lady of the Cape will take place. (It is the work of sculptor Leo Arbour of Pointe-du-Lac. This statue is gifted by the Franciscans to the Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate who took over from Father Frederic in 1902 for the animation and development of this shrine.
