Witness to the \u201cMiracle of the eyes\u201d (Virgin Mary opened her eyes) and co-founder of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Cape, he traveled preaching in the parishes of Quebec to make known Jesus of Nazareth and the Holy Land. <\/p>\n<p>He was declared blessed in 1988.
